    Mit Gesundheits-Apps auf Rezept, die mit dem DVG (Digitale-Versorgung-Gesetz) ab 2020 möglich sind, haben Versicherte der GKV auch einen Leistungsanspruch auf digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen kurz: DiGAs. Gleichzeitig werden auch die selektivvertraglichen Möglichkeiten der Krankenkassen um die Option ergänzt, mit Anbietern digitaler Angebote Verträge abzuschließen.

    Neben der Zulassung über das BfArM, die Aufnahme in ein spezielles DiGA-Verzeichnis und einen Nutzennachweis nach einem Jahr ist eine codebasierte elektronische Abrechnung der digitalen Gesundheitsleistungen gegenüber der Krankenkasse notwendig.

  • Situation

    With health apps on prescription, which are possible with the DVG (Digital Supply Act) from 2020, those insured by the statutory health insurance are entitel to digital health applications – in short, DiGAs. At the same time, the selective contract options of the health insurance companies will be supplemented by the option of concluding contracts with providers of digital services.

    In addition to approval via the BfArM, inclusion in a special DiGA directory and proof of benefit after one year, code-based electronic billing of digital health services to the health insurance company is required.
